Assistance To Remote Clinic In Uganda |

Rotaract has helped provide solar electricity to the staff house of the HC2 Kakingole Clinic in the Moroto Mountains of Karamoja, Uganda.
We can only imagine how difficult it can be to find staff for clinics in such remote regions which is made all the more difficult when staff housing has no electricity.
The Television and Satelite Dish installed there are also being used by the entire community
We are very happy that our small donation has been used for such a noble cause and wish the Tepeth who live in the Moroto mountains safety and health.

Sedqa and Rotaract organized a Press Conference on 16.12.09 to launch three National projects they are pursuing together: The Anti-Drug Campaign, the production of a booklet on the harm of substance abuse during pregnancy and the Anti-Drink Driving Campaign.
Seventy people gave up their time yesterday to volunteer for Rotary Club Malta's Hands-On Day held at Dar il-Kaptan, the respite home in Mtarfa. Among other jobs, the volunteers painted the house, tended to the garden and waterproofed the roofs. Rotaract Malta supported the event.
